Since co-founding Stackhouse Garber Associates with Cannon Garber in 1987, Brad has used his unusual talents, dynamic ability to influence others, and broad expertise in all facets of organizational development to bring about significant improvements in efficiency and productivity for our Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to this, Brad held management, sales and marketing positions in several Canadian financial institutions for over 10 years, including Regional Vice President for Canada's largest trust company. Thereafter, Brad was co-founder of the Performance Management Group and, in the USA, Vice President of Leadership Technologies of Los Angeles. Brad has also acted as a consultant for Wilson Learning. Brad attended the University of Toronto where he pursued graduate studies in marketing.
Throughout his career, Brad has developed and facilitated a wide range of high-impact learning programs in the areas of Leading, Teaming, and Selling. He is retained regularly as a coach to senior executives in their efforts to forge new business alliances both within and beyond their client organizations. Brad has advised executives at such leading companies as IBM, Accenture, Hoffman-LaRoche, US Trust Company, Agfa, Fleet Bank and Honeywell (Allied Signal). He has guided numerous executive committees through comprehensive strategic alignment processes, resulting in breakthrough improvements in growth and profitability.
Cannon Garber, President

Cannon Garber is a Psychology and Communications specialist who has been a consultant in Professional and Organizational Development, Cross-Cultural Communications, and International and Race Relations for businesses and educational institutions in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, and Japan.
Her Masters and Doctoral work at Emory University were in the area of Psychology and Cross-Cultural Communication. Prior to co-founding Stackhouse Garber Associates, Cannon worked as an independent consultant for five years, and before that designed and coordinated professional development and international educational programs.
Cannon is located in New Canaan, CT.
David Robinson, COO

David Robinson works with companies to create and accelerate growth initiatives. His 30 years' experience provides him with substantive skill in strategy, process improvement, technology, and change management, working across these disciplines to integrate effective action and results programs.
Prior to joining SGA, David was President and COO of CSC Index, and headed North American operations for Arthur D. Little. At Index, he spearheaded activities to integrate human-centered disciplines into results-oriented process change. David was one of the originators of Business Reengineering, and is an experienced public speaker and executive educator.
David has a MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Princeton University. His home is in Boston, MA.

David is Executive Vice President with SGA and works with industry leading companies around the world to enable and inspire organizational and individual performance. His 30 years' experience in sales, sales leadership and company leadership provide him with a rich background and understanding of what it takes to build lasting relationships while delivering real value to the client/customer. David's experience includes delivering measurable impact with Fortune 500 companies such as Accenture, IBM, Verizon, FedEx, Frito-Lay, EDS, Ericsson, Honeywell, ARCO, Compaq, as well as numerous others, in over 25 countries around the world.
Prior to joining SGA, David was a Partner at Accenture where he led the sales effectiveness efforts of one of the firm's largest operating groups. In this role he also worked with numerous client organizations in enhancing their ability to build strong relationships and deliver value to both internal and external customers. Prior to Accenture, David was a Senior Partner with Acclivus, a global performance development firm, where he worked with clients to improve their business results. David began his career with Xerox where he held numerous sales and sales leadership roles.
David holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA from Baylor University. He is a member of the advisory board for the Baylor University Business School's Center for Professional Selling. He enjoys spending time with his family and working and relaxing on his timber farm. His home is in Dallas, Texas.
