Value Proposition Coaching
This program has been developed for industry-specific senior client teams to enable them to more effectively shape and present value propositions to their client C-level executives.
The session is conducted by an experienced facilitator and a carefully selected industry C-Level executive (CXO).
The workshop has four components:
1. Each team presents a summary of the opportunity they are pursuing with their client, including the client’s current circumstances, challenges and opportunities, the client stakeholders and their interests, the decision-making process, and criteria. The CXO then provides feedback, helping the team better appreciate what other factors might also be influencing their client.
2. The CXO gives a brief overview of what senior executives will need from them to be willing to sponsor their initiative.
3. The teams then prepare their presentations to the client.
4. The teams then present their recommendations, followed by coaching from the facilitator and CXO, enabling them to strengthen their preparations and presentations more confidently.
Participants come away with a substantially enriched understanding of what they can do to increase the likelihood of winning their client’s sponsorship.
